CAIO EMILLENNIUM ELECTRIC BUSES ON DISPLAY AT LATIN AMERICA`S BIGGEST MOBILITY EVENT

2023-06-23 The second edition of the Urban Mobility Park will take place between June 22 and 24 at the Pacaembu Sports Complex in Sao Paulo and will feature a trade fair, lectures and debates related to sustainable mobility. Three units of the eMillennium, a Caio brand electric bus produced with e-Bus Eletra electric traction and integration, Weg electric motor and batteries, are on display at the Eletra business partner`s stand.

Events and actions focused on sustainable mobility and the consequent need for advances in infrastructure to meet this new demand have become increasingly frequent. Always connected to these initiatives, Caio, a leading bus manufacturer, is present at the second edition of the Mobility Park, which takes place between June 22 and 24 at the Pacaembu Sports Complex in the Sao Paulo capital.
Three units of the eMillennium electric bus are featured on the stand of Eletra, a company specializing in electric traction technology and the integration of electric systems for passenger and freight transport. Two eMillenniums in the 12.1-meter version and a 15-meter-long unit are being demonstrated.
The event, which brings together professionals and organizations to discuss the development of sustainable urban mobility, has its first two days closed to registrants only, who will have access to lectures on trends and scenarios for transporting people by clean means of transport.
On Saturday, June 24, the Urban Mobility Park is open to the public, and admission is free. Visitors will have access to an exhibition of electric vehicles, new technologies, test drives and interactive activities for children, with games and workshops.

About the eMillenniums on display
The Caio eMillennium is a body developed with Brazilian technology exclusively for battery-electric chassis. The eMillenniums on display, in the 12.1-meter version, have a total capacity of 71 people, while the 15-meter-long unit has the capacity to carry 93 passengers.
The spacious interior lounge is equipped with items made of polymer, a 100% recyclable material that provides high durability, robustness and a superior finish. All the units on display have on-board technology items such as USB sockets for charging mobile devices.
They also feature modular LED lights, which can be used on both sides of the vehicle, as well as tripartite front and rear bumpers, which make it easier to replace and maintain parts. The power station has optimized space to accommodate the components, making it easier to organize them and carry out the necessary checks.
